Even big companies need entrepreneurship!
In a world of accelerated technological mutation, companies have to co-innovate with innovative and agile external parties, such as start-ups. In the same way, start-ups need to rely on established companies to accelerate their development in Luxembourg and abroad. That is the story behind open innovation: the alliance between the agility of David and the force of Goliath.
In partnership with the actors of the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, nyuko launched the LOIC (Luxembourg Open Innovation Club) to bridge the gap between startup creativity and corporate innovation in Luxembourg.
Intrapreneurs are employees within a company who are assigned a special idea or project, and are instructed to develop the project like an entrepreneur would, usually with the resources and capabilities of the firm at their disposal. They are the most fundamental component of an innovative and growing company and they should be considered and treated as such.
We have created a dedicated training program to help them achieve their full potential and make their projects a success, or to help employees and researchers become intrapreneurs.
The skills that an entrepreneur develops can be useful in various other situations, and for a firm it is highly valuable to have employees and teams practising these creativity, problem-solving skills. Good news : you can learn them even if you are not an entrepreneur! We organise team trainings to share them with you.
