Luxembourg Cofounder Meetups

This group is for all those budding tech entrepreneurs in and around Luxembourg who want to meetup with prospective co-founders. Finding a co-founder is not easy at the best of times.

The bar is even higher if you are in Luxembourg since the various founder dating sites have very few members based in the “Grand Region”. The group was started with a view to creating a forum where like-minded individuals can meet and find those elusive team members they so badly need to help them with their startup dreams.

Our meetups alternate between an informal gathering in a pub or bar where members can network & discuss and more formal events organized in collaboration with Nyuko where a small number of members are given the opportunity to pitch their startup to a select audience.

The startup pitches come in two formats:

1. Lion’s Den Pitch: chosen members are given 3 minutes each to present their project to the audience. PowerPoint presentations are recommended.
2. Stress Free Pitch: another selection of members are given 10 seconds to make themselves known and indicate the general area in which they work. Following the Lion’s Den Pitches the meeting breaks up into a networking event during which interested members can seek them out and go through an extended presentation of their projects on a laptop computer.
